Stop Looking Down And Start Looking Up

Whenever I'm sitting on a train. having a drink at the pub with friends. Walking down the street. I always see people looking down at their phone's. I believe they are missing so much of the word around them.

Yes I do this as well, but recently I have felt bad for getting my phone out, just to check my Facebook status, while at the pub with friends. That bring up a anther point, I used to go to the Pub with friends more often but now we have a group message running on facebook. Yes were speaking more often but we don't get to see each others face expression. Most people only share the good things online, happening in their lifes not the bad rubbish thing happening. Seeing my friends face to face I can really tell what is happening in their life as I can see if they are looking good or not.
